I arrived on 23/12/2011 with my daughter and her boyfriend; the hotel was almost dead throughout the stay although most rooms had been booked but not a problem, it was Christmas and we were visiting friends.
The shower was very small, I was lucky my shower door opened out into the bathroom but others opened into the shower so if you were heavy built there you had to shower with the shower door open. There was a mini bar in the room and two small bottles of water placed on top which I thought were complimentary drinks with the room – wrong! On checking four days later I was asked if I taken anything from the mini bar and I advised I hadn’t and had only used the water on top of the mini bar, I was still charged 5.20 Euros for each two bottles of water! Complimentary, no free water even at Christmas! Hangers in the wardrobe were limited, no tea or coffee making facilities (hotel half the price provide this simple facility) and the duvet covers were left folded on top of the bed ready for the customer to make it!
Surprisingly the bar of the hotel was closed from the 27/12/2011 opening I think on the 28/12/2011.
Value for money – very poor!
Would I stay again – not if I can help it!
Good things – the view from the room was nice!
