My mother and I stayed here on our road trip through northern Europe. We were very tired when we arrived, but the atmosphere here was so relaxing that we found the energy to wander around town that night. The room was roomy and very inviting. The hotel was tucked away in Flensburg, which was very nice because it was close, but not near the busy part of town. This gave us a very quiet night, but very easy access to all the wonderful parts of town.
The room was, as I said, roomy. We had free WiFi, a very comfortable sized bathroom, and was overall very comfortable. I would consider this pricey, but I tend to be a cheapskate. I found this to be a very good price for the comfort and overall relaxing night we spent there. The breakfast in the morning was in the hotel restaurant and was almost overly filling. My mother and I had an array of meats, breads, spreads, drink, and an omelet served to our table, inclusive in the price. This alone made us think fondly on the hotel.
There was limited parking, but we got a spot and felt very secure. There was parking near by for those who could not get a hotel spot. There was a restaurant in the hotel, but we wanted to venture into town to eat.
Even considering the price, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The comfort and relaxing nature of the establishment was just what we needed, right when we needed it.
