Perfectly suited if you want a central location for shopping, transportation and sightseeing but don't look at the details, either in the rooms or on the outside. The room I stayed in last fall was unlovingly furnished, basically cobbled together, a shoddy runner dangling off a round table, a worn-out two-seater sofa and a mismatched armchair, that sort of thing. The hotel is squeezed between the Holm, a pedestrians-only shopping & restaurant zone and a large car park and a mall-type building in the back. Granted, there is a church spire and it's beautiful chime, but that's a highlight for this location. That's the view out back looking up. The view looking down from your second or third-floor window is of a depressingly dark parking lot. The breakfast bar is plentiful (which is probably average for most German hotels) and the staff is courteous, though not overly friendly.

Very centrally located just a few steps from shopping and restaurants. Basic rooms, a little dated but clean. We had a single and a double room. The single room was very small and the double room had a sofabed. Cozy breakfastroom with a nice selection for hot and cold items. Very nice staff, both in reception and breakfast room. Limited onsite parking is offered for a fee.

This is a hotel in an old building that is quite nice, clean and with an excellent food variety for breakfast. It is very well located for my trips back and forth between Denmark and Germany when I like to split up the long drive over parts of two days.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite adequate and beds very comfortable and the price is very reasonable for a good hotel. Very quite and excellent sleep quality. Pleasantly pleased all around and for business people, the internet connection was very good.

Nice hotel, the rooms are roomy. The location is great, right next to the town centre and the ZOB, where the buses leaves. Friendly staff.
