Stayed here one night with my girlfriend when we were traveling through Germany.
She had booked the hotel in advance and I had read some reviews here on TripAdvisor after she had made the reservation and found that the hotel was not as highly ranked, so there was concern from my side that this is not gonna be such a good hotel.

But I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in! We arrived admittedly late to the hotel for check in, but the street where the hotel is located was very quiet which we appreciated after a long drive from southern Sweden.
(without our GPS, we would probably had problems finding the hotel as it is a little "off" in Leipzig)

You could park on the street outside the hotel and although it was not guarded parking lot, we got the feeling that this was such a quiet area of Leipzig that we did not have to worry about car thieves.

When we saw the hotel on the outside it was looking not so to be especially nice but when you came into the hotel we met by a modern and beautiful hotel.
Although our room was nice, and very fresh and clean. The bed was both me and my girlfriend very happy with!

Breakfast included in price. My girlfriend is a true breakfast-lover, and she appreciated the breakfast, but it was not a breakfast to remember a week after - if you know what I mean. Breakfast was OK, but no more than that.
I appreciated the good coffee - and good coffee is important to us swedes;-)

The staff at the hotel was very nice. They spoke good english, which not all do in Germany (not outside Berlin, in my experience) and to communicate with the hotel staff is obviously important.

The hotel was far from the city center of Leipzig, so you should probably consider that our scores here involves that we visited the City Inn hotel for a quiet night after many miles of driving.
If we had been visited Leipzig to explore the city in a few days, I had not been so positive.

Regarding the city of Leipzig, so we spent the next day inside the Leipzig Centre. It is a fairly typical German city with not so much to do for tourists. But we were well received by everyone we met in Leipzig and the people were very nice to us.
