The Hotel is directly across from the train station/Shopping mall. It's also across the street from the tourist information office. Public transportation is available directly in front of the train station, with some trams stopping in front of the Hotel itself.

The hotel is modern with all of the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most staff members spoke some English.

The resturant was excellent and the resturant staff exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet.

I can't understand why the hotel is not listed in some travel guides.

Stayed here for two days on business. Perfect location, classy rooms, excellent breakfast.

If it would have been a little bit less 'classical' I would have given it a 5* rating. I just don't like the room style too much. Too typical hotel chain like. Comfort was OK though.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and would definitely stay there again. The rooms are tastefully decorated and a good size. Lovely restaurant and bar downstairs. Only complaint about the restaurant would be that there was no vegetarian food - however they were glad to make me something up from the vegetarian elements of the other dishes. Food was typical german cuisine.

This hotel is in a great location, in the centre of Leipzig, right next to the train station, which is huge because it is actually a shopping mall attached to a station. It is also great for getting about because most trams stop opposite and it is only 2 minutes walk to the Augustusplatz.

Just across from the hotel you can join a tour round the city, which lasts about an hour and is definitely worth doing.

Staff were friendly and helpful, booked us taxis. Lobby had internet access which was a bit dear at 10 minutes for 1 euro.

Visitors to Leipzig have an excellent choice of hotels, with many big names in splendid buildings surrounding the centre. I decided to visit this city at the last minute, and was surprised to find possibly the last room available in the city, at this hotel.

It's easy to see why the city is so popular - it is a truely beautiful place to visit, but I was concerned that I would get a broom cupboard as a room! It was not to be - the room was huge, very well decorated and furnished. The whole hotel was well presented and managed, and is in an excellent location directly next to the station (on the west side - it's easy to get lost around the enormous station!) It is between 5 and 10 minutes walk to most notable things in the city centre.

Breakfasts are okay, nothing special... but since this is basically my only complaint, I can't fail to give this hotel anything other than 5/5.
