if you have business at the nearby Leipzig Fair, this is the place to be. The staff is really very friendly, also when the hotel is sold out and during breakfast peak-hour it may get a bit crowded in the breakfast room. The neighbour/Italian restaurant is easy accessible from the hotel (indoor) and offers good quality and large variety. Nice atmosphere too! The rooms may be a bit tiny, ask for an upgrade when possible! A taxi drive to the city centre is about 15 minutes and most taxi driver are very fond to tell you about their city and the (cold war) past! Wheelchair friendly! And if you miss the courtesy shuttle to the fair, a taxi will bring you there for a few euros only.
