The hotel is set as an “antique-hotel” in design, however sometime it feels that the furniture and the rooms are really antique and cheap.
Some room smell very strong of cigarette (embedded in the walls and furniture).
If you come for business and need cheap accommodation this is a good choice; if you come for leisure it may be a bit disappointing.

Nice and cozy place to stay. I've been in Leipzig for a couple of days for family purposes and a friend recommended to stay there. Service was well performed and rooms nice and clean.
Equipment is good and enough stuff to play with, if you have any problems regarding a broken toaster (e.g.), contact the hotel management and they will help you really quick.
It is not really located downtown, but it takes only a couple of minutes if you try the streetcar or even drive by yourself.
I liked most the service-friendly staff and the recommendations for sightseeing, there weren't major shortcomings, just lil' ones like the broken toaster.
I enjoyed my time, and would go there again.
