Stayed here for one week as part of a larger group so cannot comment on the service but staff seemed friendly and helpful.
The room was a very decent size (twin) with medium size bathroom, additional kitchenette, sofa and coffee table.
Location is slightly out of the city, but is a straight 15 minute tram journey (free travel with hotel).
Breakfast was well stocked, although the bar is a very small area.
As mentioned, I travelled with a large group so cannot comment on everything but I would stay here again.

..The title sums it up, the breakfast buffet is also very nice. No complaints whatsoever, the free public transport pass gets you to the city center quickly. The rooms and the bed are large and comfy. Good value for the price.

This is an excellent hotel, i had a really big room that was very clean, hotel staff were very friendly and obliging and a nice clean bathroom. The location is a little out of the city centre but as such the area is very quiet and leafy and the hotel give a free tram pass for the duration of the stay.
Highly recommended.

. . . but not found wanting in any way! Clean, large, well fitted, light and airy room; spotless bathroom. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Above average buffet breakfast served in garden patio or in restaurant. Excellent food and room service. About 6 km from city centre in a very quiet side road. Hotel gives free tram pass for the duration of your stay.
