The hotel is situated in a great location, it is small and intimate.
The towels are paper thin, not exchanged at turn down service (if you are lucky enough to get it) and the wake up call computer doesn't always work - bring an alarm clock or set your phone to wake you up.
The staff is very young, nice and enthusiastic. The room was ok, a bit run down, had 5 hangers in a very tiny wardrobe. Three TVs in the room, only two worked, one remote for all three(?).
We have stayed in five star properties before, this was nice, but no way near a five star rating. Ask for a room with a view or you will hear all the inner courtyard noise.
