I booked well in advance for one night, I received a confirmation, but just two days before I received an email that my booking was cancelled, because of over-booking!
They suggested to search for myself an alternative hotel!!!
No help, no suggestion, just the unbelievable offer to stay one night free knowing that I would never ever book again at that hostile establishment.
