The tram #3 (family ticket for 7Eu per day) brings you within 10 min from central train station to Liststr. and in a short stroll (5min in an ugly neighbourhood) to the hotel. We came for the weekend and within 3Min we were in our room #408. The room was quiet and large enough, the toiletries are basic, but sufficient. Breakfast was good and plenty, no eggs cooked to order though, but several German and International free newspapers. Front staff very friendly (offered late check-out on a Sunday without been asked) and efficient.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this modern hotel. We paid a little extra for a superior upgrade, but the amount was minimal. When we arrived we had a beautiful room on the 6th floor, fruit basket, bathrobes etc., and the room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The room had free tea/coffee making facilities and a safe. Minibar was also included in the "upgrade" rate.

The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable.

We made extensive use of the (large) sauna area. Both the sauna and steam room were extremely clean and there was no shortage of towels available. There is also a small but very well appointed fitness room with 6-7 high quality machines and large plasma tv.

We did not eat in the hotel, but had drinks in the bar both evenings. The bar man was very attentive and friendly and he served a super Irish coffee.

Reception staff were also friendly and check-in/out was hassle free.

The location is not too central, and about 5 minutes walk from the nearest tram. There is a tram every 10 minutes or so, and the ride to the centre of town takes approx 10-15 minutes. But considering the excellent value for money, this is something that we had no problem accepting. We would most definitely return here.

This is a typical, modern, efficient business hotel with large comfortable rooms. There is an underground car park (fee) and the nearest tram to the city centre is about 500 metres from the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel is located on a busy intersection with traffic continuing throughout the night.
There were 2 things I hated about this hotel; one being the fact that there is a plastic sheet on the bed, right under the cotton sheet. This makes sleeping very hot and sticky. The other thing is scrambled eggs at breakfast made out of some yucky powder. For the rest it was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the fact that there were 2 desks and a large coat hanger in the room. The room price was decent but then they charged a whopping 16 euros per person for breakfast.
