It is the right hotel for business and leisure, Staff are helpful and nice, breakfast is excellent and delicious, close to almost all the attractions in the city, although the rooms are bit small and TV is old but anyway you will spend most of your time outside your room.

Excellent location - near to all the old (rebulit) Dresden and ideal for the many Christmas markets. The breakfast was very filling with helpful, attentive staff. The hotel ticked all the boxes! Some nice personal touchs like a Father Christmas stocking left on the door handle for Nicholas day on the 06th December.

We took advantage of a Spa-Dich-Fit package (sold in Germany) and spent three nights at the hotel. We were three adults and stayed in a business class room (Room 232). Even with the sofa pulled out, there was plenty of room. The bathroom and toilet were two separate rooms, which was convenient. There was only a large whirlpool bath that you had to climb into to shower, but my elderly aunt chose to go to the pool area and shower there. The room was very quiet, I was told all Business Class rooms had a quiet location. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Top quality products and a large selection. The coffee was very good. The bacon was surprisingly well cooked (my pet peeve in Europe, they can't cook bacon). We spent two hours at breakfast each day. Free internet in entire hotel. For Ipad users: if you go to Safari and type in Radisson Blu.com, you will get to the login page. It took a while to figure that out as it doesn't automatically connect you. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We took the advice of another Trip Advisor post and did not park in the hotel lot for 15 Euro/night. The hotel's location is superb; quiet yet close to everything.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. I booked just one room for a family of 4 at a reasonable price on hotels.com. Knowing how small business rooms can be in Radisson hotels we were very positively surprised about what met us at the hotel. Nice big room and fine for the 4 of us. The decor in the hotel/rooms is a bit dated but nice and comfy and same comfort goes for the bathrooms. Despite the hotels location it was very quiet during the night. Our room faced the back and above a row of restaurants but on a Wed evening/night there was not a sound to be heard.
The breakfast was lovely, everything really nice and fresh. Coffee was awful though. Better use the Krups machine in the room. High quality on that!
We also had dinner at the hotel and it was a bit mixed. The wiener snitzel quite disappointing actually.. We used the pool which is lovely, but in the basement. Glad we were not in need of using the fitness room. Would have been a very claustrofobic experience as it was very cramped and small.
The location of the hotel is excellent and we were kindly allowed to keep our car parked the whole day despite having checked out. Really friendly. All in all a very pleasant stay.
