Warm and bright summer nights, non sufficient blinds, no air conditioning and a well used highway in front of your window. This means that I was some kind of happy, when my alarm sounded in the morning.
These facts made it nearly impossible to get enough sleep; a business friendly room to the backyard is maybe a better option.
All together, this Park Inn is a little bit old-fashioned. It was build shortly after the wall comes down in the late 80’s and it shows. Still real metal keys, small bathrooms and, one again, no air conditioning.
Nevertheless, it offer real bargains and it is conveniently located next to the freeway and a 15 min drive to downtown Chemnitz.
Really nice is the breakfast, offering standard hot items, delicious rolls and friendly staff.
