I am staying here for a conference at the University with appr. 500 participants. This completely exhausts the local hotel capacity within 20 km around the city in all available categories. I registered late, and only by chance got a room here because someone just canceled.
Don't stay here if you can avoid it. The whole hotel interior exhales the stale charme of the early 70ies, which is when this place was probably last renovated. The personnel is only moerately more charming. Everything makes a pretty worn and drab impression. The desk chair has disgusting stains on it. The heating system when turned on heats you room to appr. 40 degrees centigrade, unless you turn it off completely. At breakfast they serve canned fruit salad. The only positive things I can mention are the central location, the spaciousness of the room and the fact that the offer parking spaces at a moderate fee.
