This is a nice hotel, it is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the location is great. That being said, the beds were the worst, most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. The first two nights were okay, but then I started getting pressure points and things went downhill. It was worse than sleeping on the ground. I managed to go to sleep by laying on top of the blankets and comforter, but only just barely.
Otherwise it is great. The restaurant is amazing, and everyone is so friendly and accomodating. I was sick one day, and the staff actually noticed I was missing at breakfast and packed me a "sick breakfast" complete with tea and zwieback (a German food - kind of like really hard toast). Although they don't have formal "room service", we wanted a light late night snack, so we went to the restaurant, and they put together a sandwich tray, which they brought to our room. Plus, they packed us a delicious breakfast when we had to leave for the airport early in the morning.
The location is awesome, it is an easy 5-10 minute walk into the center of the city from the hotel and the bus stop is right across the street.
I would probably stay here again; I would just ask for plenty of blankets to pad the rock hard mattress. It probably won't bother you for a night or two, but anything longer will leave you in pain.
