We drove all the way from Laren The Nietherlands for a weekend in the Moseltal region, and it was worth the effort. After a long drive of more than 5 hours, when we entered the Nells Park hotel, we knew we made a good chois. The location of the hotel in the heart of the beautiful Nells Park is perfect. The hotel rooms are great. The hotel is very well maintaind: clean and taken care of. The staff has high awareness to customer service - one among many of German national advantage.

What a lovely hotel. We stayed at this hotel for just one night as part of a bike tour of the Mosel Valley. We spent our first night at the Nells Park Hotel and it was a wonderful and welcoming beginning to our trip. Our room was very clean, well-appointed, and modern. The lobby, restaurant, and grounds were all lovely. The staff made a real effort to accomodate us and were very friendly about our lack of German-speaking ability. The location is a litle out of the way from central Trier, but we were pretty easily able to get there. The breakfast was a lovely and plentiful German breakfast!

The location of the hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Trier, however it makes up for this by being situated within a beautiful park. We got a taxi back from the town for 8 euros. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and the bathrooms include all of the little extras e.g. shower gel, flannel, tissues. The food was also excellent; the evenings meals are cooked to perfection and the breakfast is vast with many options on offer at the buffet. The only thing that we felt was missing was a swimming pool, there was however a wellness centre that included a sauna. Overall the hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and we will definitely consider returning.

Beautiful hotel fronting a nice park, close to downtown Trier (5 mins by car).
Dont be let down by the streets leading to this nice hotel. At first you'd have thought it is located in an industrial park. But once parked in the private parking lot, one can see that this hotel is exceptionally situated right in a magnificient public park. The rooms are very nicely appointed, roomy and comfortable. We especially liked the restaurant and its terrace with a magnificient view of the park. Service at the front desk is Ok, not great but they do speak english and were helpful.
