I stayed here more than 10 times on business. It is a nice 4 star hotel, the rooms are large, clean and with 45 tv channels. The hotel stills seems new, and everything works. The service at tjeckin was not perfect this time around, but for the rest of the stay the service was as expected. The hotel i right in the city center, and parking is also no problem. All you need for your Trier stay. It did not try the wellness, so I can not comment on that, but if it is like the rest, it is worth a try next time around.

The hotel was easy to find and parking is ample.

It was our last hotel on our tour of the Mosel and the location was fantastic for the centre of the town... we visited the christmas markets and all of the Roman tourist spots which only take minutes to walk to. The hotel provided a daily guide as to events/attractions which were open on the day. This helped us alot as we didn't miss out on anything during our short visit.

Bedrooms were modern and spotless. Overall a faultless hotel

We stayed in the hotel whilst visiting the lovely Trier Christmas market. It is ideally situated in the centre of town.
The staff could not be faulted, nothing was too much trouble and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well furnished and it was good to have an outside window that could be opened. The breakfast was delicious, the best we have had in any hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed it very much, definetely go to SPA! However the breakfast is overpriced (17€ per person per day), so we did not choose it. But it is problem to have early breakfast out there.
