stayed only on night, they gave us a room on the 10th floor with nice view on the Mosel. The room and bathroon were clean, just need a liitle restore.
Positive is the free parking, check out at noon, and courtesy of the staff.

The NH Trier has the perfect location. It's not only close to the main highway for easy access, but conveniently next door to a supermarket! If you need anything from food to toiletries, you can effortlessly walk there. It should take you a couple of minutes. Bring your own bag, carton or container to put your groceries in. For US visitors, they do not provide free bags and do not load your items for you. If you want a bag, you must purchase them. They are very inexpensive. There's a bakery and small food vendors inside the market. Furthermore, there are gas stations nearby and other small stores. If you want to venture out to eateries or restaurants, you can either walk, take the bus or drive. It's not a huge town, so you're bound to run into some place to grab a bite to eat.

The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and has a nice, helpful staff. It may look older on the exterior and nothing fancy, but provides good accommodations. There is a little lobby bar and quaint sitting area for socializing, snacking or working on your laptop (free WIFI). You can also utilize the separate tiny business center, but you will have to pay for the internet use. There is no free internet connection in your room.

If you get a room with a view, you will definitely be ecstatic! NH Trier has beautiful views of the Mosel River and valley. We had a big window with an unobstructed panorama of the area. We didn't have to ask for it either. It made the stay even more enjoyable. There is ample parking downstairs in the open garage and a parking lot adjacent to it. Yes, it's free!

you pay for what you get in this high rise hotel (14floors) serving business men and touringcar customers. PROS: parking free and ample. good restaurant with great and affordable food. huge shopping center with bakery and snack bars and an Aldi grocery store within walking distance. nice views from the upper hotel floors of Trier city and the river Mosel. really large rooms. CONS: official check in time is 3pm. when we arrived at 1.30pm, rooms were ready, but the check in girl asked euro10 per room extra for early check in and we are frequent NH customers (an issue for the management?!). furthermore old and depressing hallways. soft and old matrasses. really loud rain drop sound on windowsill at night during showers may keep you awake. partly broken and dysfunctional appliances. tv's from the 70s. hotel situated too far from the city. after all I would probably stay here again because it's cheap and has a good restaurant with a massive grocery store next door...hopefully it does'nt rain :-)

Because you are Asian or you have yellow skin or you get a black hair,You have to think twice before you decide to stay in this Hotel.The staffs in this Hotel is terrible unfriendly especially the staffs who serve for the breakfast.They never say Good morning or have a nice day but with the others who has a blond hair or from Europe or German people,they are very friendly.
I pay the same price like the others but what I got is totally diference and dissappionted.I came to trier many times in the month to visit my daughter who study here but from now on I am going to change the hotel.What I want is to be welcomed when I stay in the Hotel.I hope the management team will read this and improve the service of the Hotel because I am going to inform all Asian people whom I know all.
