I stayed in this hotel in the last week of March and found it a good enough hotel. It has a swimming pool which I did not visit and free parking was included on the stay as well as breakfast. If you want to go to the center you can catch the 62 bus which is very near of the hotel.
It is not as luxurious as the Hyatt (far from it) as it is a three star hotel. The staff were very efficient in the check in and check out and were very helpful at each question asked.
The room was clean but there was no TV in my room and there was a bottle of water with a price tag of 3,5 euros :).
I would give a 3,5 stars because of these last two lines.
Room Tip: Buty the water in the market near of the hotel :).
