Hotel is OK, may be not with the standards of a 4 stars hotel (looks more a 3-star) nevertheless it has what you need during a business stay. The issue is that amenities and services mostly do not work! Wifi system was off for 3 days, A/C was not working for 2 days even despite several requests by many clients. Electronic key card for room-door opening cronically failed to work (every day at least to be re- setup twice!).
Position is not bad, green area just outside the centre of the city, but limited choice of restaurants in the area.

This NH is a 4 star rated hotel, but I think they only earned 3 stars! Rooms are small and we have booked a extra bed, but the extra bed is not fit in the room... so there is not much space to walk, there is no coffee machine or watercooker in the room and this for a 4 star hotel, sorry it's toooooooooooo bad!
Location is ok if you traveling by car.
The breakfast was also not 4 star rated! We will not coming back to this hotel... such a poor 4 star hotel.

Very good business hotel, clean and nice.
Location is not the best and no free wireless in the rooms.

Stayed here with friends for one night. We made a bike tour through the RheinRuhr Area. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is attuned to cyclist: We had the opportunity to lock our bikes inside the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean, also nice toiletries. From the main station accessible within 10 min. footwalk. Breakfast is a bit expensive - had this outside. Would stay here again.
