To summarize the hotel : It urgently needs maintenance in its equipment , and rooms:
Where do i start :
-Phones do not work properly in all rooms hired .No way to call front desk , restaurant or room to room , dialing by name lastname option made you call and be called by wrong room numbers.
-Dirty hallways (puke-like stain in the carpet in the hallway across room 357, a broken bottle of glass in front of room 352.... )
-In the 3rd floor guests were having problems with the terribly functioning doorlocks, the card readers in this hotel fail again and again and again .....it is not fun to arrive to your room after a long day and have to go down for a new key , go to dinner arrive again , and back to the reception , go for breakfast to your room and again go for a "key" reprogramming...
-Colleagues reported the "regular" rooms to be old and run-down...they switched rooms to the "premium" ones. I stayed in a "premium" room and it was satisfactory but nothing to brag about....
-I will not say there is "Rudeness" in the hotel personnel...their attitude is more neutral :they just don't care, whether you have problems...its like if they know the hotel has a lot of problems and it has been like that for a long time so they expect to have guests complaining ...
-As of the time of our arrival the parking lot was extremely full , not enough car parking slots.
-Parking lot card reader not working properly , saw several drivers had to go for another ticket..
-Centro shopping center is OK restaurants are very chain-style quality /commercial quality ,surrounding grounds of shopping center are nicely landscaped .
-RIP Paul the octopus...
