The lobby and rooms have been neatly done to give the 'design hotel' feeling. I didn't think the halls were 'motor lodge' at all....my (suite) room was spacious although there should have been a sofa rather than 2 chairs. The bathroom was well done although the glass panel for the shower didn't prevent water from dripping onto the floor. the separate wc with sliding opaque glass door was a useful feature - although better if the wc is completely separated. Breakfast was a decent continental buffet. Overall I would say decent value for money - for amodern environment - especially for a provincial German toen but ensure your room faces the back of the hotel.

This hotel has a newly redone lobby which is very sleek. Once you get to the hallways you see that this was probably once a motel. Rooms are sub standard for design hotels (and the beds are not that big). They neglected to turn our phone on and the night attendant was unable to fix the problem. Paid for a Promenade view, but instead got a view of an ugly building. On the upside, breakfast was excellent.

They might have the biggest beds in Munster, accoring to their website. But what good is a big bed when you can't sleep because of the constant streetnoise and the worn out matress?

Plus point is that parking is right across from the hotel, so you can be out of bed and into your car in 5 minutes.
