Good hotel, meeting all my Marriott expectations. A little out of the way, adjacent to a soccer stadium (Veltlins); taxi from main station was 20 EUR. A bottle of water in the minibar was 5 EUR, breakfast (good) 16 EUR.
Spotlessly clean and quiet room, friendly and young (some inexperienced) staff.
Nice surprise: received a fruit plate and cookies in my room upon arrival (Marriott rewards card holder).
Reasonable price, but NO free WLAN!

Only a few years' old and still in great shape. The rooms, whilst not particularly large (we had a king bed) were attractively furnished and the bed was great too - Marriott at its best. I don't like low beds which seem to be the norm in Germanic countries, so that was my main reason for selecting this chain rather than my preferred location of Maritim hotel, which better situated in my opinion (in the park, less than 10 mins walk to centre). However, as the weather turned out to be hot, we were even more pleased we had chosen this hotel since the air conditioning worked perfectly and ensured a comfortable stay.

The breakfast buffet was good (but I prefer the one at the Maritim) and because it was busy, service of clearing empty dishes away was a little slow. We changed our booking at a late date to get breakfast included in the rate of 95 euros for the night (Saturday).

You really need to have transport to stay here. I would happily stay here again in the future - although Maritim's location, breakfast and pool are tempting me too!

was attending an Exhibition at the Messe in Dusseldorf, was the best value hotel I could find close by. Hotel restaurant food was good but service lacking. Bedrooms new and good.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Hotel looks modern and new. Rooms are not too big, but have sufficient space. The room is clean, the bathroom simple but efficient. Television is mainly focused on German speaking people (I believe one English and one Arabic channel).

The restaurant is okay. My meat was nice, my wifes pasta seemed nothing special. The breakfast was sufficient, but they stop at exactly 10.30 and even warn you for it (we could stay seated though).

The hotel is not in the city center, but close to a soccer stadium and close to the highway. From the highway you can reach attractions such as the Centro shopping mall and entertainment area, the zoo, the Moviepark (which we found not as nice as a few years ago when it was still Warner Bros. Movie World).

We liked the hotel and it fulfilled our expectations. We would go again.
