My family stayed here for one night( it was going to be 2 but decided against spending another138 Euros) the suite was in another block seperate from the hotel down the street , entering through the front door down into the cellar ( which at 5 in the afternoon had just been mopped and stank of bleach) along a miserable corridor and then 2 keys to enter the suite. The suite was large and clean but the small patio outside the kichen window ,along with 2 chairs and a small table were not for our use!!!
No one told us where the sauna was and we had to ask for the tram tickets. There was no internet access in our room no telephone service to the main hotel and the TV was unwatchable, there was no mirror in the main room to use to dress or dry hair as I don't like my children to use electrics in the bathroom, and a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities would have been better than a kitchen.
In the pool area there were 8 loungers all with no cushions and were uncomfortable.
The buissness area in the reception was in constant use by a 10 year old boy.
We had one set of 4 keys which was really irratatating 2 for the main room one for the hotel and they couldn't tell me what the other was for and a seperate one for the garage.
All in all this is not a boutiqe hotel and is quite old fashioned. The breakfast was ok but was asked if any more coffee or tea was wanted or was I able to get any myself ,the waitress did not speak English.I will not be going back to this hotel I prefer more modern
decor and attention to detail ie telephone ,TV's I can watch, mirrors small thins but essential for comfort.
