I attempted to stay here back in December and did not actually get into he hotel. My coworker and I walked to this hotel from the Dusseldorf train station only to find out that it is located next to a sex shop. There are actually several around the hotel including immediately next door to the right and across the street. The door was locked and there was a buzzer to press equipped with a camera. This to me was a very bad sign that this hotel was not safe . We buzzed the door several times and nobody answered so given the fact that we didn't want stay two nights in what felt to be a prison, we left and checked into an Ibis hotel by the train station. When I got to Ibis, I emailed them canceling my reservation. I needed to give them 24 hours to cancel so I understood if they didn't refund me the second night but they refused to refund me anything. I complained to American Express who couldn't do much so I'm writing this review so everyone can see. Beware of this hotel. It is cheap but in this case, you do get what you pay for.
