Stayed at th e Novotel Seestern in Dusseldorf with my Brother and his wife and my Sister and her husband. We are all of the same opinion - Fantastic hotel. Staff could not have been better. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Do not stay at this hotel and if you do, please make sure that you lock your shopping/ belongings in your suitecase. This hotel operates theives!
On our very first day, we purchased a couple of items, my boyfriend left the bag on the floor as you ususally do. It wasnt until the 2nd night we noticed the bag was missing- went down to security- they were useless- management not available, security not available bla bla.

so please this is a word of security warning be careful with your belongings.

I stayed here last week during a coach trip to the christmas markets in cologne, the hotel was clean, the rooms lovely, clean, plenty of space even though there was three of us sharing, amenities great and had breakfast in bed (room service),the breakfast was very nice too, the staff were very helpful too, I work in a hotel in the UK so am especially picky but this is a great hotel would recommend

I stay in this hotel whenever I go on business trip in Duesseldorf. Service is good, hotel is clean, rooms very comfortable (sometimes bit too warm), breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel as a excellent choice for business stay.
