Stayed with my best friend when we were visiting the Christmas Markets and loved this hotel. Like others have mentioned this isnt in the centre of the city, but the tram stop is literally 100yrds outside the hotel and the trams are reliable and fast.
Hotel rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. Bathroom was spotless and looked like it may have been fairly recently refurbished.
We had breakfast included in our room rate and found it to be excellent. Huge variety and very tasty. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and although this was rather pricey it was of a high standard.

The reception was friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. The interior was a little bit old fashion but well maintained. The beds in the room were big.
Breakfast was a buffet with a big choice and everything was fresh. That's normal for this chain.
The location was a A+ point. You are located in a office area but the U-bahn is close by who takes you downtown in 15 min.

A very nice and modern choice with good standard, very comfortable beds in rather large rooms. Delicious and enormous breakfast buffet but rather expensive. However be aware that the location is a bit out of downtown in a dull business office area and accessible with U-bahn (tram) mainly during normal working hours. The only real disadvantages we found were the not included expensive breakfast and the charges for the Internet Wi-Fi access.

The place is outside the city centre and just a quick ten minute tram or car ride into the city. Stayed here for work and had free Wi-Fi and rooms where typical Courtyard standard, grand for a few days away.

The staff where friendly and food very nice and reasonably priced.
