The hotel is in the heart of Dusseldorf. Close to many fancy restaurants and public transport. And also, the old town - Altstadt - is in a few minutes walk distance. However, excluding free internet in the that much price was unacceptable for me. You can have internet only in the lobby for only 30 minutes with one login, which quickly expires.
I stayed at the hotel twice. The room i had during my first stay was awfully designed. It was so small and awkwardly designed, i couldn't wear my clothes where i hung them, there was no space. You had to go to the other side of the bed in order to take a look at yourself because the mirror was hung so close to the bedside. Small details that made your life hell.
During my second stay, i had a bigger and better designed room where everything was fine. If you have to stay in this hotel, ask for the rooms at the end of the corridors not in the middle.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even ironed my shirts after they were wrinkled during the flight.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good service. Close to the city centre and a ten minute walk to the train station. The room was modern and comfortable.
The only problem is if you want to sleep! There is an aptly named nightclub ' Insomnia' nearby thats open until 6:00am. There were cars coming and going outside our window all night and people hanging around in the carpark outside.

It is like a 3 star hotel.Rooms are small ,bathrooms are very small ,old and dirty.There is no wireless internet at the rooms.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. It's a nice hotel, good staff, nice breakfast buffet. Interesting interior, with internal glass elevators.

Only problem is the WiFi is stupidly priced. The lobby wifi is free for 30 minutes and you have to go back to the desk each time to get a code. It's €17 per day in the rooms for business broadband. As I said, extortionate.
