Rooms were very small and the heating was not working.Room was really very cold.We could not sleep normally.Definetly it is not worth the money paid.Furnitires look old also.Right at the terminal.Location is very good for an airport hotel.

As an airport hotel this is convenient. You can walk across easily to the airport. There is also a train station within the airport - so all in all this is good for travellers. You do not hear airport noise which is impressive.
The rooms are a bit small - the bathroom was really small...but the bed was comfortable. Bit shocked when I looked out the window, partially dressed to find myself staring right across at the men in the gym cycling away. Privacy not great!
The service was friendly and efficient. Staff were attentive.
Didnt eat at the hotel - couldnt work out where breakfast was being served! So I ate somewhere else.
The internet is expensive - I really do not know why these chains insist on charging for this - it should be a basic service to offer these days. Sheraton if you are reading this please think through this issue of wi-fi internet charges. A lot of the budget hotels are now offering it free - so why can't you?

Hotel is very conveniently located across the airport. One can also walk across to catch a taxi without waiting/ordering for one and the underground to the city is also available.
Staff were pleasent and service professional - e.g. asked for an ironing board which was delivered promptly. check-in checkout process were also done smoothly.

Breakfast on both days was really good while the lunch buffet available at the restaurant was basic/disappointing. Service was always nice and a plus for the hotel

Surprisingly, for a business hotel, some basics not there e.g. Wanted to catch up on my emails and voila realised after some time that there were no power points next to the table. The hotel staff also could not find one there.
There was only one next to the entrance door which I had also used for the ironing board, but not exactly convenient for working on a laptop.

Hotel is really convenient in case catching flights at odd times (like in my case), otherwise on a price- value comparison, alternatives do exist in Dusseldorf city.

Let me start to say that the location of this hotel is brilliant if you have to catch an early flight however the rooms and especially the bathrooms are small. Bathroom is so small that the bathtub looks more like an extended shower. But for an airport hotel you can not complain. Restaurant had good food, nice service and reasonable prices.
