Really enjoyed the room, which was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was an excellent and plentiful buffet. Anyone visiting Dortmund will find this hotel a great
addition to their visit.

Only a one night stay, but this hotel was excellent. Only thing that let it down was the 'not so scenic' view of the railway. However there was no noise at all from this. Room was like a mini-suite with a seperate seating area and a kitchenette.
Staff were very friendly and the location was great for the town centre (and the bus/train station).

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had an overall very good experience. I would suggest adding a coffee machine in each room as well as a clock.

I was impressed at how helpful the staff people were. I contacted the hotel over the phone before my flight from the US, and they even helped me find my train from Duesseldorf Airport! Once in Dortmund, another staff member helped me with directions within the city.

Only one minor complaint regarding a younger female staff member. Do not make negative comments to a co-worker about the customer! Even though some of us do not know German well enough to use it actively, we are able to understand the language.

Very good experience overall. I might stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for one night on business. Because my flights to Dortmund had changed, my reservation had been incorrectly cancelled by my own company. However, front desk sorted everything quickly and helpfully and booked me into a wonderful huge suite type room. I really couldn't fault it. There was a bar, two sofas a desk in the main room, a smaller bedroom with a TV and an excellent bathroom. The only fault I could find was having a single duvet for a double bed which was odd... oh and while the room was very reasonably priced (at €70) breakfast was another €15 which was a bit steep.
It was a five minute walk into the centre of town and it is right next to the railway station (not that you'd actually know that unless you had a room on that side of the building).
Very nice stay.
