The hotel is in a decent location, and the rooms are clean and well presented. But our experience was blemished by the following: Our room was not cleaned while we were out during the day, and by the the time we got back in the evening, it was too late to request. There was no television remote in the room, nor did the telephone work, and although we reported this to no less than 3 staff members at reception on separate occasions, nothing was done about this. Lastly, when we settled our bill, we found that we had been charged for breakfast one of the days when we did not eat breakfast. When we disputed this charge, we were told that since we elected to have breakfast the day before, we were
automatically charged for breakfast the next day, and the charge stood.
Unresponsive, unhelpful staff, who communicated in English with great difficulty, with the
exception of the very polite gentleman who checked us in (and who we unfortunately did not
see for the rest of our short stay).
We won't be going back.

“clean, comfortable, good location”
Set in a good location, it was clean, friendly staff that all spoke engish, rooms were comfortable, slept like a baby and everything hit the spot. some interesting entrance decor but it was great value! Did exactly what it said on the tin.

“Very friendly :-)”
A very friendly hotel with the friendliest staff you can get plus a very good location (just some minutes-walk to lively pubs and clubs and not far from the center). The rooms were comfortable enough and very clean. We were lucky to get a top floor room with balcony so we had a beautiful view over the city and the cathedral! Breakfast was generous and well presented and food quality was great. I insist again about the very nice staff: thank you for being so nice! Its a perfect 3 starts hotel and I could go back and recommend to other friends!
