A short visit for the Christmas Markets, excellent position in relation to City, very clean, great rooms and the staff were all very friendly. Great breakfast with so much choice. The only reason I can't give 5 star is because there is a late night bar opposite which, on Friday was very loud. Not the Hotels fault but if you're on the front at the weekend expect some noise. We still had an excellent stay and would certainly return.

This was an ideal hotel from which to explore all the Christmas Markets in Cologne. The hotel was also surrounded by different restaurants with plenty of choice. The hotel offered garage parking. The only complaint was that the breakfast room was also used as a meeting room - therefore one could not enjoy a quiet breakfast.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for many of the christmas markets. Our only complaint was that the bed was too soft for our taste. as I had read prior to staying at the hotel there underground carpark is very expensive.

I come to this hotel since the last 5 years due to its great location in the middle of everything and just walking distance from everywhere in Cologne. In the surrounding you can find any type of restaurant for any budget and lots of nice bars/clubs. Even if located in a very busy nightlife area the rooms are totally silent.
I still find a problem with breakfast fee, a very nice and large choice but still at a price which looks to me more worth of a dinner, € 16 per person.....
For gay guests, in the same street there is the famous and modern Sauna Babylon, a must to visit if you want to relax!
