We booked two non smoking rooms one for my Wife and I, and one for my Daughter. Rooms were nowhere near each other. My daughters room smelt of cigarettes. Both rooms were tired looking and had basic furniture. No mini bar no tea/coffee facilities in the room and a with compliments slip next to two glasses without any bottles of water. Some compliment! Poor nights sleep through a lot of traffic noise as the window did not seal properly in my room. Half decent breakfast though but then we had paid enough for it. The bar and bar food was very expensive. I ordered the tapas and if you want a good laugh I suggest you do the same. The bar area was pleasant enough and the bar staff ok but the reception seemed at times under staffed. Tip when walking through the bar area watch out for the glass tables which are invisible and people walk into them at knee height even when completly sober. The pool was chilly.
Whilst there, another guest had his car towed away from out side the hotel on the street as on certain days ie Saturdays there is a small market. So they need the street clear to set up the stalls. The recovery fee is an extortionate amount in the region of 150 euros. To be fair to this hotel, this is not the hotels fault and there are signs in the lift and elsewhere. The hotel in addition should warn every guest when they book in about the risk of being towed away. Car park at rear with enough space which you pay for.
