Went to meet some family and booked last minute, just unfortunate we couldn't check in on time as it was New Years' Day :).

I stayed at the hotel second time for 2 nights for Christmas. We got room for three on the 4th floor. The room needs some renovation: the carpet was too old, but we stayed in just for sleep, so it didn't bother us at all. The room was always clean, bathroom clean, regular small size. Breakfast with a choice of ham, cheese, bread included in the price. Helpful reception works 24 hours/ The hotel is just what you need for discovering the city and having a good sleep at the end of the day. Its the secon time here and now regrets. Perfect combination of price, quality and location! Definately would stay here again.

On December 2011, we stayed 5 nights in Centrum Hotel Leonet. The hotel is situated at a great location in a quite street just a walking distance to Rudolfplatz, Schildergasse, the Dom and other main sites in cologne. Welcoming staff, bright room, clean sheets and a decent breakfast is all we needed for a great vacation at the weihnachtsmarkt at cologne.

The Centrum Leonet in Cologne is a standard hotel. Stepping into the lobby makes you feel like you have stepped back in time! Needs some modernising. The elevator is ancient. The furniture is quite old.

The room is quite basic but quite spacious and even has a little study, safe and well sized cupboards.

The breakfast is basic too but does the job.

It is a 5 minute walk from the tram that takes you to the town centre. But it is not close to the town centre. The Koln Messe too is not within walking distance but can be accessed easily by tram.

All in all this is fine for a few nights for the business traveller. Basic but does the job.
