Here you have, for family reason I had to go to Bonn (Germany). I was looking for a nice and central accomodation (in AltStadt - Old City) and, by chance, I found this charmy and family run hotel.
Despite the decoration that definitly is german I really appreciated the effort the hotel team put in order to make my short stay enjoyable.
It is always a matter of few aspects that make all special. First of all I enjoyed the GENUINE smile at my arrival, I was impressed by the effort from the owner to find me a parking place near the hotel (he even proposed me to park my car.. did he undestood that I am not a such us good driver???) - the room very nice and clean, a huge bathroom and nice decorations. Just little point (now air conditioning at the 3rd floor, please choose rooms at yard side with no direct sun exposure. A typical huge german breakfast made my day, and small candyes offered at my leave ware highly appreciated (gnam gnam). As Summary:
- No big structure hotel, no chain hotel,
- great charmy area,
- good value
- a real family feeling.
- Aigner Hotel Bonn
