Very comfortable Hilton, on the edge of the river, easily accessible and particularly popular with local business people visiting Bonn. The welcome and service throughout my stay was extremely efficient and welcoming. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Downstairs restaurant offered a varied menu for dinner and buffet breakfast is the usual extensive cooked/continental selection and well presented. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the picturesque old town squares and cobbled shopping streets of Bonn.

It's the second time I've been to this hotel and I have to say with great pleasure that I've seen a great improvement in the service.
The location is superber, in the city center right on the river Rhein.
The hotel is shaped like a greek p letter (π) and the left side can be a bit noisy if you open the windows as its facing the road, so try to get a room on the right side of the hotel.
Of course it's highly recommended to try and get a high floor room with a view of the river (I find the passing vessels especially at night very beautiful) .
The room I had was spacious very clean and with good amenities.
Don't forget to bring your swimsuit as the pool/sauna area is really relaxing and highly recommended after a day of lots of walking.
The spa at the lower floor offers a good massage service as well!
The breakfast buffet is good, but personally I opted out of including it in my room price as there are great coffee shops nearby with more choice and not finishing service until late afternoon.
The biggest improvement I've seen was at the front desk as the new lady there is the perfect example of what service has to be like, by her service she has win me over and I'm now looking forward to revisiting this hotel.
She helped me choose the perfect room and arranged for every small detail to be perfect, so a big thank you.
The only minus is the room service during late hours as it's practically not offering anything eatable (and it is expensive).
Overall a sure recommendation for both business and leisure travelers.

Rooms are big and clean, hotel has been nicely refurbished and most of all it is perfectly located to spend a couple day visiting Bonn, shopping, enjoying Christmas market and having a deep flair of the city at walking distance and with view on the Rhein river if you are lucky!

In Bonn for two nights for work. Hotel is not unlike any other Hilton except for an excellent location on the river and within walking distance of almost anything in Bonn. I was also there for the Christmas market which is excellent in Bonn.
