Dry cleaning: The lady at reception did not know what to do with my laundry bag. She asked me whether I wanted to mail it to someone. I explained to her that the hotel guests are expected to take the dry cleaning down to reception.
Internet vouchers were only available for 1 month or for one hour. The problem seemed to be solved for the lady at reception at that stage. I had to insist and I requested 3 business vouchers for 1 day each (as proposed in the service overview in the room). They were supposed to be printed by someone in accounting. When I came to pick them up I found that they had printed vouchers for economy service (slow service with little download volume).
Dinner. Everywhere in the hotel they had flyers for the buffet. We had just taken our seats (no waiter had greated or escorted us) we could see the chef moving out the buffet (at 9:30 PM). We asked a waiter and he said that there would be only a la carte service now....
Housekeeping: I was there for 2 weeks. Hardly no housekeeping over the weekend. I had to find a housekeeper to ask for toilet paper. Neither the toilet nor the toilet was not cleaned in several days. They changed the linen after 7 full days only. I stoped giving tips for the maid after 5 days as it did not seem to have any effect.
Most of the staff is nice but the service is more of a 2 to 3 star hotel. I will only go back if all the other hotels are fully booked.
