We stopped by Aachen before our onward journey into Belgium and stayed 1 night with 2 inter-connecting rooms. So we had 4 rooms for the six of us.

The hotel was easy to find but parking was a problem as I found out before hand that its underground garage can't take an MPV. So when we reached the hotel, the front desk staff showed me I cound park the car just inside the side road of garage gate before entering into the carpark proper where they used a lift system. There are only 2 parking lots before getting into the carpark and we are very happy with this arrangement. Parking rate was 8.90 euro.

Front desk staff was very polite, patient and professional. We got our rooms very fast and were thrilled with the rooms. You could borrow a VGA cable to connect your notebook to the TV if you wish and wifi was also free. Our children liked it very much and immediately setup all their gadgets and got down to business. Unfortunately my netbook couldn't connect to the Internet and the staff couldn't not help much either. But my children's notebook and Ipad were fine though.

Water, tea and coffee were available at the lobby. Breakfast was good. All the attractions were within walking distances. A small supermarket across the road from the hotel sold very good chocolate at very good prices. We really had a great time there and enjoyed the hotel very much.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and I was expecting something classy (moderen can be class as well) but turned out the hotel have this odd style. For the other 2 rooms are OK since they are kids (one is 16 years old and the other is 12 years old) but for my room is lack of taste. Well we managed since is just for 2 nights.

The service on check in was nice and friendly so that is a plus, but the cleaning services for the room is terrible. We were having breakfast and when we are back to our room the new towels already there and our bed didn't made up I thought they will return to the room but it didn't

Stayed in the All Seasons just after the xmas days. Hotel is convenient located, a 5-10 minute walk to the Aachen dom- and shopping-area. Checkin went fast and staff was friendly. Room is fine with a modern interior, the only minus were the somewhat flat cushions (prefer more volume). The room comes standard with free Wifi which worked very well and with a free (complete) buffet-breakfast incl eggs, fresh juices and cakes. We parked the car in the basement, but there are more options close to the hotel for around euro10/24 hours. Also many dinner-options in Aachen, we went to a kebab-place (dont remember the name) which was great. In general Aachen is a very nice place to go around for 1 or 2 days and every visitor should certainly do the Aachen Dom-tour.
