We needed a bedroom and bathroom for one night and breakfast the following morning, and we got the high standards we have come to expect from Ibis Hotels. The only other service we used was the free internet in the public area, and that did all we wanted.

This is a hotel of the first class. We have stayed here several times in recent years and are always confident that we will receive the best of attention and service.
The rooms are always clean and tidy with the deco being to the excellent standard set by IBIS
Would like to see another one or two English speaking channels on the TV

We were looking for something simple not too expensive in a good location to visit Aachen and got exactly that. Walking distance from the center and the main station, very clean room, comfortable bed, practical room lay-out, were exactly what we wanted.

We did not take breakfast (not included) as we thought it was a bit expensive although the breakfast space looked nice.

Only thing we were not impressed with was the friendliness of the check-in staff. Gave you the impression there is a thin line between being a customer and being a nuisance. I guess that is true but that is not what I am paying for. All within limits of acceptability though.

This hotel is clean modern and functional at a very reasonable price. No tea and coffee or other frills in the rooms but at these prices who cares. Free WiFi was available as well as use of a PC in the lobby. Very handy for the station, barely five minutes walk and app 10 mins for the City Centre. The staff were all co-operative cheerful and friendly and the breakfast, continental, one of the best I have had in Europe.

Only comment and not a complaint, it was a little hot in the rooms, but then one does not expect 20C degrees outside, which it was, at the beginning of November.
