“Fantastic food”

Stayed here overnight on route to another location. It was a complete shot in the dark but was more than happy with experience. Managed to haggle 15 euros off the o/night charge. The room was comfortable, very clean and all I needed for the night. I ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic, breakfast was typical continental and more than adequate.

Although on the main road there was no road noise. The owner spoke reasonable English and made me feel most welcome

“Ok for an overnight stop”

We did an overnight stop here and for that purpose the hotel was fine. We booked the small double room with the french bed, the description was accurate, the room was small but adequate. The bathroom could have been better. It was lit only by the shaver light and the shower holder was broken so you had to hold it over your head. The breakfast was absolutely fine and although we did not eat dinner at the hotel the food looked very good. We paid about 72 euro and for that reason we were satisfied but because of the bathroom would not stay there again
