We arrive at 6 pm there and do check in, suddenly i remember that my camera is fall in the taxi that brought us here. So we ask the receptionist since they booked the taxi for us and pick us up from the main station of Aachen.we just surprised of how the receptionist said that she didnt know which taxi and that their telephone is not function , What ? In the big hotel like this how came the telephone is not in function ? So we ask the concierge but at that hour he is not there. So we close the subject and get in the room. In the morning we ask again the receptionist and thank God this time he took it serious by checking and then calling the taxi and the taxi company brought the camera to the hotel. Its just strange experience of how the people that should serve you better in the big hotel like this can be ignorant. But anyway the camera is back and we did enjoy very much to stay in this hotel, the room was so big and clean , the bath room is great, classic design with elegant setting. They serve breakfast from 6.30 to 10 with great variation of european food and fruits and the taste is very nice, one of the best is smooked salmon and wide variety of bread. This hotel is so close from the Casino and the down town, just 5 minute walk to the center.
