I organized an event in Warnemünde in the Spring for 22 Lufthansa managers. Beforehand I had been in the hotel at least 10 times to both introduce myself and organize things for the event. On the day of arrival, I was so poorly and unprofessionally treated by the so called banquet manager that I will never ever step foot in this hotel again.
Not only that, but my guests complained about poor service, uncomfortable beds, and loud rooms. The internet service was barely functioning and the response from the front desk was "When too many people use it it crashes."
What's worse, is that I wrote 2 letters of complaint to the hotel director and never received a single word back. This is the most unprofessional place of business in Warnemünde and I would not recommend it to anyone. In the future we will use other establishments.
