This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Staff were both professional , friendly and smartly dressed, many spoke English. Their communication by email before my arrival and face to face communication during it was of the highest standard .Even the owner helped me in a translation of a document whilst I was there.
Rooms were luxury and large even although I had a standard room .There was always hot water.
The meals in the restaurant were nicely presented and the restaurant staff were very professional and attentive even asking me if I wanted time between courses.
I felt I was treated as a real person, important as I travelled alone on this trip.
The hotel was located opposite a lake and it had a lakeside path to the city., a pleasant walk. A bus stop is also opposite the hotel.
Unfortunely I could only stay for two days but hopefully I will visit again next year.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.

The staff members in the hotel section were helpful and polite and the room was superb. The restaurant staff were slow and the service was poor but the food was excellent and the winw list extensive.

The hotel is close to the lake and the walk by the lake to the old town is a long but pleasant stroll.

A good hotel but not ideally placed. The walk into into the old town was over 20 minutes along a dual carriage way, past road works and because the pavement did not exist through a grassed area and past tenement buildings. Just about OK during the day but certainly not at night. A taxi ride home cost only 6 Euros.

This hotel is really good. Even though I arrived very late, desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was big with it's own kitchen area. The bathroom was quite luxurious.

The bar is most comfortable and their restaurant is well above average. breakfast is equally good with plenty to choose from. The hotel close to a lake and is not far from the centre. You will have to pay extra for the underground car park. Top marks from me.
