Trusting our GPS, we arrived at the hotel and had some doubt at what may be inside this crooked old building. What a surprise..a first class updated property with all the charm one could expect. Helpful staff, updated room and bathroom and all the comfots of home. Original building dates back to 1620's...no wonder it looks a little crooked. Well situated and walking distance to center of all activities of "old town". Never judge a property by its' age... you can be pleasently surprised as we were.

The rooms were beautiful in the amazing town of Osnabruck. They were modern with a pesonal computer and parking. Where very helpful and would strongly reccommend it to all.

Arrived early but was still able to check in. Room spacious. Car park full but valet parking at standard parking charge (€11). Beer garden good and not too expensive. Good breakfast buffet. Osnabruck is a very pleasant town, enjoyed my brief stay.

Whilst on business in Germany we were booked a night in this hotel. Whilst were weren't there for the romantic experience I can see how the hotel can be thought of as a romantic spot.
The rooms myself and my colleagues had varied greatly: I had a very large double room in the new section across the garden which whilst not full of characture the room was spacious, clean and tidy. Some of the rooms in the older part of the hotel had low Oak beams and were really charming.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone but if you are looking for a romantic hotel make sure you ask for a room in the old part of the hotel.
