I stayed here for total 6 nights in end of October for a business meeting in the hotel conference room. Overall, the hotel I'd say is typical Europe hotel. Negatives:
- The room is small and have the feelings of college dorm room (wall type and the corridors).
- The shower water protection is not wide enough. It caused water to fall on the bathroom floor. I have to wipe it off after shower all the time.
- Too many time to log-in for internet. Can they make it easier?

Positives:
- The restaurant and food is good - good job by the F&B team I'd say.
- The service by the reception team is good and friendly. Wish if they can do more to recommend where to go. I asked for direction to a shopping mall and he did not elaborate much.
- The location is good. Close to the park.
- The croissant is delicious
- I asked for a special meal every lunch and they did that to cater for my request. Thanks to that.

Hotel is situated a short walk away from downtown in a peaceful area. The hotel is very standard but still comfortable and the breakfast is good. A big plus comes from big room, that allowed two of us to do our morning yoga practice in room.

Three stars for cleanliness as our non-smoking room had a faint cigaret smell.

Three stars for value as having to pay from internet connection is annoying.

I stay at this hotel once every two months for work when in Germany, and I love it. The hotel is always clean, the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and down to earth.

Best of all, and quite unexpected for a 4-star hotel, is the quality of the restaurant. The food is some of the best I've tasted from a hotel and that says a lot. I have been through half the menu and have never been disappointed. The food is simply excellent.

I recommend this as a good business hotel.

One minus is the fitness centre, which is pretty average. It is located in the basement and has almost no exercise machines. It is small, has no view and you probably wouldn't want to stay there for a minute longer than you have to.

My husband and I stayed in a double bed room for 3 nights. This is our first time staying in this hotel.
First of all, the hotel staffs were not attentive to our request on our bookings. We have wrote an email to the hotel on the request few weeks before arrival and there was a reply saying it has been handled. During check-in, we found out that there was nothing being done about our request. Then the check-in staff assured us that she has already updated the system and everything will be fine. Seems like whatever being updated to the system has gone as the next day again we have problem with the booking/room.
The bed is not standard double bed size and was not comfortable at all. Overall we didn't sleep good at all for the 3 nights. There is no standard amenity like coffee making facility (water cooker, instant coffee, etc).
What's good about this hotel is the location and the hotel is clean. It's just around 10 - 15 mins walk to the city center and is quietly located at the edge of the city.
