We were in a tour group staying at this hotel. It is quite a distance out of central Hannover - a 20 euro cab ride although there are trams and trains a few minutes walk away. The only other amenities we found open were a MacDonalds and a garage shop about 5 minutes walk away. There is a sauna and tennis court but no swimming pool.
The room was OK but nothing special as were the meals. There is a bar but service there was often slow just like the lift.
The hotel was OK for a touring base but its isolation in an industrial estate might be offputting.

A free transport should be available for MesseGelande, but you barely find it.

This Ramada is about 500 meters from the MesseGelande where CeBIT and other large trade shows are held. From the west Messe entrances, turn south on Karlsruher Strasse, and you are there in no time without having to wait in the taxi queue.

When you enter the lobby in the evening, you are offered a cold glass of beer and a few chips with salsa. Your room is more spacious than normal, but the price is concomitant with this luxury.

Continental breakfast is provided in the restaurant opposite the lobby. In the evening, they sometimes have a buffet for a specific ethnic cuisine, but otherwise order from the menu. If you are looking for German food other than schnitzel, you probably need to go elsewhere - there is no haxe, for example.

Given the difficulty of traveling or finding a room during CeBIT, I highly recommend this hotel due principally due to its location.
