Hotel is ideally located 5 mins walk from the central station. The entrance and lobby is very grand, with an antique style lift to boot. The menu was a little too extravagant for my taste, but due to the location finding alternative dining is not a problem.
I stayed in the Tower Suite which really is a fantastic experience. The bathroom had a TV in the mirror, adjustable mood lighting and a two person Whirlpool bath. however the highlight of the suite had to be the living room section. Located upstairs from the bedroom, it included a conservatory area with spectacular skyline views across Hannover.

I normally don't bother to write reviews, but the service I and my business colleagues received at this hotel in January 2012 was really extraordinary. The staff were, without exception, very friendly and the porter (who looked a lot like Ralph Fiennes) went out of his way to help with a car hire problem, that really had nothing to do with the hotel. The bar is cosy and inviting, the room service was excellent and the conference facilities were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.
I highly recommend this hotel, which is in an excellent location close to the railway and luxury shopping, for business and liesure trips.

Centrally located in Hannover the hotel is a 2 minute walk frrom the Hautbahnhof (perfect if you catch the train from the airport for 3 euros).The rooms are quiet and well furnished.Free wi-fi was included in our luxury room which had everything you need.Breakfast is extremely good and you have a great choice of nearby restaurants for your evening meal(especially La Galleria!).Only critisism is that the bar area is tiny and can`t cope with the numbers of customers sometimes.Friendly and competent staff made our stay a pleasure.

Not worth it unless all you care about is the location. All the superficial grand hotel trappings but not a grand hotel. Difficult layout, tiny beds, tiny TVs, uncomfortable single chair, no ability to work in the room and no English TV channels.
