We chose this hotel for the reputation and location. Well, location fine, no issues, but the quality... Someone from previous reviewer wrote that the owners are milking every last drop from it. Totally agree. It was hardly 3 stars quality, rather worn out. The receptionist had 3 clients waiting during 5-7 min personal conversation on the phone. No special attention to anyone in fact. We spent only one night in this place, really hope it was not their standard quality. But no recommendation to go there - unless you really enjoy scruffy side of 70s for prices of 2011

Good, old fashioned hotel, great service.
We arrived at night and left bags in our comfortable room. The taxi to the old city cost us around 5 Euros. We had dinner and returned to the hotel for a very restful night of sleep.
Buffet breakfast included in the room price was very generous, with an incredible variety of excellent quality food.
The view of the Town Hall from our room was without doubt, the highlight of our stay.

An excellent hotel for business trips to Hannover. Rooms are well-appointed and quite luxurious, with TV, minibar, and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is good quality. The staff at the reception desk were quick and efficient, and check-in went smoothly. There is a nice lounge on the ground floor with comfortable chairs and couches, and also a jewelry shop. The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and shopping areas of downtown Hannover.
