Stayed at this Hotel for two nights Tuesday/Thursday 24th/26th January 2012. As you leave the train station by the front entrance, the Hotel is across the road to the right. You will see the Hotels Intercity banner in Rosenstrasse. Clean modern rooms and a nice size . Bathrooms are also modern with a nice shower. The building looks like an office block and is very close to the city centre for shops and places to eat. Did not have breakfast but you only have to go to the nearby shopping mall or railway station to eat. I have also stayed at the Intercity Bremen and I find this Hotel group very good and always close to the station and town. From the Airport train station to Hannover costs 3 euro and you can use your Hotel transport pass for your return journey.

Good breakfast. Perhaps slightly more expensive than similar hotels in Germany.

Like most things in life you get what you pay for. We paid around £50 a night for a double at a weekend during the xmas markets which when compared to the dross in the UK is a bargain. The positives : Great location, 2 min walk to the station and the shops and about 10-15 mins to the old town. Its spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, pleasant staff and is nicely furnished. Negatives : There is a cocktail bar in the road in front of hotel which can be noisy so ask for a room facing the back. The towels were very thin and small. The breakfast @ 15E is very expensive, although for around 3E there are lots of places, especially in the station where you can obtain a decent breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.

Very nice, modern rooms. Clean and good service. A little run down in the public areas and the breakfast was not great.
