The hotel has a good connection to the motorway, nontheless my rooms was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and did make a competent impression. Breakfast is solid, but a bit pricy for a 3,5 star hotel. The spa and pool can be recommended. The beds are comfortable.
However, it's a bit far from the city centre and the next supermarket is about 1,5 km from the hotel. The rooms have seen better days and the TV is, that's my guess, from the late 1990s. The bathroom is very tiny and has a gloomy lighting, however it is pretty clean. The corridors look like those of a youth hostel.

Für Ihren Besuch in Braunschweig möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken, auch für die Zeit, die Sie sich genommen haben, eine Bewertung für unser Hotel zu verfassen.
Wir bedauern, dass Sie nicht vollständig mit unseren Leistungen zufrieden sind und Sie sich in unserem Hause aufgrund der nicht ausreichenden Sauberkeit in Ihrem Hotelzimmer und einem nicht zufriedenstellendem Aufenthalt in unserer Sportsbar "Pitch" nicht wohl fühlen konnten.
Ihre Kritikpunkte haben wir uns sehr zu Herzen genommen diese sofort in Angriff genommen.
Die Meinung unserer Gäste ist uns besonders wertvoll, alle Beurteilungen unserer Gäste werden analysiert und entsprechende Maßnahmen werden eingeleitet. Die ständige Überprüfung und Verbesserung unserer Leistungen sind eine große Aufgabe des Hotelteams.
